Imports and Exports results to and from MS Project Projects  can become very complex but they force the manager to contemplate personnel assignments for the project in detail. At the same time, the best- and worst-case project scenarios, can be identified by defining the duration time as part of three time estimates: Most Optimistic Time, Most Likely Time, Most Pessimistic Time. Based on these data, the program automatically calculates and plots the probability of success of the project with 95% or 99.9% confidence.                             Activity Network Diagram and PERT charts can be used within an organization for detailed evaluation planning. The Automatically generated Critical Path highlights important interim deadlines that must be met if the overall evaluation study is to be completed on time.

Generates the Affinity Diagram for all Activities automatically. Utilizes the Affinity Diagram visualization, to check the PERT connectivity. PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) charts were first developed in the 1950s by the Navy to help manage very large, complex projects with a high degree of inter-task dependency. Arrows connecting independent tasks reflect the relationships between the tasks it connects. The relationship usually shows dependency where one task cannot begin until another is completed.

Generates the project plan in MS Excel with dynamic Critical Path calculation. The Gantt chart, developed by Charles Gantt in 1917, focuses on the sequence of tasks necessary for completion of the project at hand. Each task on a Gantt chart is represented as a single horizontal bar. The horizontal axis is the time scale over which the project will endure. Therefore, the length of each task bar corresponds to the duration of the task, or the time necessary for completion.
